The Equity Saver USA model is the product of meshing principles inspired from the original Dell direct business model into a decades old real estate brokerage model.
Over the past 30 years, there’s been a consistent and dramatic increase in upward property value appreciation and explosive advancements in technology. Yet during this same span of time, the greater majority of Real Estate firm commission structures have never changed or evolved.
Jordan Hague was born and raised in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area where his family history dates back to the 1800s. One of many interesting local facts about Jordan is that his Great Grandfather was the Dean of the UVA medical school.
Jordan attended Meriwether Lewis, Henley and Western Albemarle. He earned a B.A. in Management from James Madison University, graduating with honors.
Jordan spent 13 years at Dell Technology in Austin, TX with a successful career in sales that included managing the S.E. USA territory that represented a half billion dollar annual profit center within Dell.
Career accomplishments include consistently ranked in top 20 area realtors, Best of Cville finalist, certified best producer award 2020, CAAR committee Vice Chair, Baygroup International and Richardson Group certifications, numerous sales awards and records set while at Dell Technology.
Jordan’s hobbies include mountain biking, hiking the AT and dog sitting Leonbergers and Newfoundlands.
Harriett Orrock
Realtor
Harriett Orrock brings decades of wealth management and finance experience to Equity Saver USA. Her accomplishments include a 30-year career in corporate banking where she was Vice President of Wealth and Investment Management for SunTrust. Harriett obtained series 6, 63 and 7 securities trading FINRA license paraplanner and has a BA from Mary Baldwin.
Harriett’s hobbies include reading, exercise, gardening and spending time at her river home. She also the proud grandmother of 3 grandchildren, whom she enjoys spoiling whenever possible.
